Drop in TXT, MD, EPUB, PDF, DOCX, SRT, VTT, or HTML — or paste text straight in — and text to speech for PDF-length reads becomes a one-click job. Chapters and structure stay intact, so a book stays a book. One honest note: scanned PDFs need a text layer — a photo of a page with no embedded text cannot be read yet, and the app says so instead of pretending.
