The guarantee
If Elmren Voice is not what you expected, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full — no forms, no interrogation.
How to request a refund
- 1Email hello@elmren.com from the email address you used at checkout, with your Paddle order number if you have it.
- 2We confirm within 1–2 business days and issue the refund through Paddle.
- 3Paddle returns the money to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Conditions
- ✓The guarantee applies to your first purchase of Elmren Voice.
- ✓Refund abuse (for example, buying and refunding repeatedly) voids the guarantee.
- ✓There is a free trial (120 synthesis minutes within 7 days of first run), so you can try before you buy.
